Creation and manifestation are simple. We tend to make it harder than it needs to be by overthinking, worrying, and trying to anticipate a result before we even start. This is what makes us feel stuck.

The key is FAITH and TRUST. Neither faith nor trust can be seen with our eyes or felt with touch. Faith and trust are both initiated and felt from within the soul. The more we lean into faith, and trust that the Divine is guiding us toward what our heart is calling out for, the more expansive our results will become.

These are the keys to manifestation.

For those of us who have lived our lives using our minds and physical bodies to build a future we believe will bring us happiness, joy, and peace, learning to hear our soul (higher self) can be difficult and frustrating. This is because we are trying to figure out how to connect with our soul by using our minds and physical bodies which are the very things that are blocking us from our creations.

We live in a society that has conditioned us to look outside of ourselves for the answers. We watch and attend seminars, read motivational or directional books, and comb through hours of social media marketing and advertisements with the hope that we will be shown or taught the way to gain what we believe will make us happy (more money, a bigger house, designer clothes and shoes, etc.).

We are inundated with advertisements and marketing telling us what we need to do, buy, or BE to be happy. We listen, hypnotized by our screens, to the false and empty promises being sold by flashy famous people.

These are the very things that keep us blocked and deaf to the soft and quiet direction of our soul and higher self. The answers are within us, not without. Our higher self-guidance cannot be felt or heard over the loud worldly noise that we have trusted to guide us toward happiness.

That which we wish to create and manifest is waiting in the quietness and expression within our soul. Each one of us is a powerful manifestation machine that, when we quiet the outside noise and learn to tune into the unique vibration of our soul’s voice, we finally find the beauty and peace that is always available from the Divine.

The universe within you is the place that has unlimited and customized guidance and direction. It is simply waiting for us to quiet our minds and move from our heads to our hearts and soul to be our life guidance partner.

So how do we get to a place where we can hear our higher self, our soul, the universe, inside of us?

The first, and perhaps most difficult, is to turn off the noise.

I will say it again; turn off the tv, and the news, and stop engaging with social media influencers or marketing that are not focused on connection to your higher self and soul, positivity, and human connection.

Then fill that space with quiet reflection (through mediation, etc.) to connect to your soul and hear the soft and quiet voice of your higher self. This is incredibly simple, yet can be very frustrating at first because we are used to loud and pushy distractions telling us what to do, how to live, or what to buy to be happy.

The soul is soft and quiet. And after a lifetime of looking outside of ourselves to be told what to do, it takes time and patience to reconnect with and hear our souls' unique vibration and voice.

But having patience with yourself while you learn this new language is one of the reasons you are here. You are here to remember your soul’s voice and learn to follow the inner guidance and wisdom using faith and trust.

By connecting with like-minded people that are also seeking spiritual growth and fulfillment vs. using their time and energy to allow themselves to be hypnotized by the constant distractions from the media, you will begin to re-wire your brain and unravel the tightly wound tether that keeps you a slave to the matrix. A slave to the false promises and a slave to the physical 3rd dimension.

Free yourself.

And give yourself the time, space, and patience you deserve. This dimension isn’t easy, but it isn’t meant to be either. You have chosen to be here, at this time and place, to manifest joy and happiness through connecting to your soul and higher self and to remember who you are and the power you hold. Inside of you.
